Grandma came to visit for her and Malachi's birthday, she got in late Monday night, so Malachi and I drove to San Antonio and waited for her in the hotel room. Malachi was sleeping when she arrived so he didn't see her until he woke up, and the first thing he wanted her to do was read him a book. He has missed his Grandma, and I think the feeling was mutual. We had busy week with my mom here. We moved stuff around, made Malachi a play room, got our food storage sorted, got the living room set up so it looks better, and had a great day of shopping in San Antonio.

Here is Malachi's little birthday party, that is my crock pot cake, it was pretty tasty. Andrew was trying to get him to blow out the candle, Malachi just liked looking at it.

I loved it when Malachi whispered before he went to sleep, "I flushed the toilet" he is so funny, so glad I got to come!!
