We're still here

Just adjusting to life with two kids. They are so fun. Malachi continues to entertain. He has picked up a British accent, and says words like here, there, water, mostly words that end in an R sound with an accent, hilarious. He is a great big brother, very affectionate, sometimes to the point of smothering, but it is sweet. He gets very concerned when his sister is crying and tries very hard to console her. What would we do without this little guy?
Miss Eva is growing and changing before our eyes. Her eyes are definitely blue and beautiful. Look at that face, don't you just want to grab those cheeks?! She is more and more alert and has started turning her head to follow things. She has held up her own head since she was brand new, but she is getting more control over it. She started smiling at us a couple weeks ago, they are big open mouth smiles that melt your heart. These last couple days she has started some cooing, it's so cute! We love her.
Here is Malachi showing his Bronco spirit! Go Broncos! The pointer fingers are his "thumbs up," not to be confused with #1.
Here is a little grin, first one caught on film, her dad and brother can get her to smile better than anyone, but isn't that how it always is? She has a little bump on her head, the dr said it is a cyst, nothing to be concerned about, that's why she's wearing headbands, I just get tired of the comments, "Did she bump her head?" "What's that thing on her head?" etc etc. If you have any headbands you have made or seen that you liked let me know, we're going to need a variety! She's sleeping longer and longer, so nice, she wakes up about twice in the night, which isn't too bad for six weeks.

PS-I'm a mac, and love it!

aw, she's so cute! and looks just like you, i think! ugh, i hate the repetative questions, too...people always questioned if penny was a boy when she was really little (hmmm, maybe because she looks exactly like paul?...) so i resorted to always-have-a-headband-on-outside-the-house, too. who cares? she's cute! :)
