Big news!!

Well, I wasn't planning on posting this so early on, but since Andrew referenced it on facebook I figure we shouldn't discriminate against the non-facebookers of the world. We are expecting our second Yoderbaby! We are really excited, he or she should be joining us around Christmas, which means I'm only about 8 1/2 weeks along (see what I meant about early on). I'm feeling fine, a little tired, but that's all. I would post a baby countdown ticker, but when I looked it up and put in our info it said "You have 220 days to go!" I prefer a monthly countdown at this point, it's less overwhelming! So someday I will put up a ticker, but not today.

Some thoughts on second pregnancies, I feel slightly more paranoid about things, like any little pain and I get nervous. I feel like I'm going to be showing any day now, my pants are already getting tight. I'm kind of expecting things to be the same as last time, but know they won't be, so why do I think they will be? What are your thoughts on second pregnancies?

Congrats! I know what you mean about the baby ticker thing. My sister is already have way through her pregnancy and she still has over 100 days left. Every time I look at it I get depressed and I'm not even the one pregnant! I hope to have a lot more time as a mother of one so I have no advice to offer you about second pregnancies. Good luck!

Wow, that's awesome! I'm so happy for you. Having 2 kids is lots of fun. It'll be a little difficult the 1st year...but after that, they'll start to play together and it'll get easier. And don't even worry about your clothes not fitting...you look great!

Aubri,
Congratulations! That is awesome!
Well, I have some experience with the being pregnant thing, five pregnanciesin all. Each time is different, just as each child is different. Take it a day at a time and trust in the Lord for all things.
We're so happy for you. Good luck in Texas!
