Laying on the bed looking at our tummies Malachi and I had a little conversation, it went like this.

"Mommy's belly."
"Yeah, mommy's belly. Malachi, did you know there's a baby in there?"
"Baby in there?"
"Yeah, there's a baby in there."
He proceeded to get mad because he wanted to see the baby.
"We can't see the baby, he's growing in there."
"Baby's growing in there?"
"Yeah he or she is growing."
"Baby's growing."
"Yeah."
"Baby's ok."
"Yep, baby's ok."

Such a sweet little boy, already an awesome big brother!

Little kids are so funny! My almost 3 year old niece kept pulling up my shirt telling me she wanted to SEE my baby and needed it to come out now so she could SEE it. I think it's hard for them to grasp that there's a baby in there even though they can't see it.
