IT'S A.......

GIRL!!!!! All the pink thoughts really worked! Our little miss was being a little shy at first, but by the end we got a good shot of her "goods" and it's pretty definite she is a she. I was so excited! I wanted to tell Andrew in a fun way, so I came home and hung one of my baby dresses on the door, we were outside when he got home, which I hadn't planned on. When he went to open the door he said "That's cool, who brought that over?" he was clueless, I said "no one, I put it out here." To which he said, "Why?" "Why do you think?" "Are we having a girl?" "Yes!!!" "Oh yay, that's exciting!" He really was excited, it's hard to convey that via the written word.

So I am way excited to have a girl, but there are a few things that scare me about girls such as:

• Mood swings, I hear they start young
• There is way more to talk about regarding puberty, yikes!
• She is going to be so darn cute boys won't be able to resist her, but I will make them!

There are also several things that are super exciting about having a girl:

• Super cute clothes!
• Fun hair do's and accessories!
• Another girl in the house, I think all moms want that.
• It will be so fun watching Andrew with a baby girl.

PS- I have to print a retraction, it was my dad who suggested I keep the gecko to eat the bugs, my mom was just passing the information along. Thanks Dad!
